Ideal for juices, sauces, meat, seafood — and many other foods that are sensitive to heat treatment. The packaged food is placed in a stainless-steel vessel that is then completely filled with water.

Using water as the transfer medium, the pressure of 6,000 bar is transferred precisely and evenly to the packaged food — using our proven high-pressure expertise. The enormous pressure eliminates pathogens and bacteria without affecting the food’s color, taste, or texture.
